NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
By purchasing any product, service, or program from the Company, you (“Client,” “You,” or “Purchaser”) expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following legally binding terms:
All Sales Are Final
All payments rendered to the Company are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under any circumstance. This includes, without limitation:
Failure to utilize or access the purchased services or materials;
Changes in financial situation;
Perceived value or dissatisfaction with the results;
Buyer’s remorse or change of decision post-purchase.
Binding Agreement
By engaging with our services, you are entering into a legally enforceable agreement. You affirm that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to be bound by its terms in full.
No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate any chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims against the Company. Any attempt to reverse or dispute a payment will be considered a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, including collections, legal action, and reporting to credit bureaus.
Immediate Allocation of Resources
Due to the proprietary nature of our services and the immediate allocation of internal resources, team labor, and third-party costs upon Client onboarding, refunds are not viable. Access to confidential strategies, credit consultation services, digital products, or backend systems is considered value delivered.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
